About Role:

HARMAN Automotive is offering a Student Internship Program aimed at individuals currently pursuing or having completed their undergraduate/postgraduate degrees. This program allows students to gain hands-on experience in Embedded Systems, Android development, and software engineering practices relevant to the automotive domain.

What You Will Do:

  • Work in areas like Embedded RTOS, Android, C++, and Linux
  • Conduct static code analysis and unit testing using Google Test Framework
  • Develop software programs and systems
  • Contribute to multi-layered software stack
  • Learn to test software using debuggers, emulators, and simulators
  • Assist in QA and software releases
  • Gain experience in fast-paced and disruptive tech environments

Skills Required:

  • BE/BTech in Computer Science or Electronics
  • Strong knowledge of C / C++
  • Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Working knowledge of Linux platform
  • Enthusiasm for embedded systems and Android basics
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Good communication and facilitation skills

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

  • Android development basics
  • Debugging/troubleshooting on embedded targets
  • Experience in working with simulators or emulators
  • Strong self-initiative to deliver high-quality results
